La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RD) est un pays d'une rare beaut\u00e9 et diversit\u00e9, mais elle est aussi le th\u00e9\u00e2tre de d\u00e9fis consid\u00e9rables en mati\u00e8re de droits de l'homme et de justice.<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019absence d\u2019une justice fiable, cr\u00e9dible et \u00e9quitable est sans doute le plus grand obstacle qui emp\u00eache la RDC d\u2019atteindre la paix et le d\u00e9veloppement durable auxquels elle aspire d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment. Pr\u00e8s de 45 000 personnes, souvent les plus pauvres et les plus vuln\u00e9rables, sont actuellement d\u00e9tenues dans les prisons congolaises dans une injustice totale. Ignorant leurs droits, pr\u00e8s de 80% de ces personnes sont en d\u00e9tention pr\u00e9ventive, bien au-del\u00e0 des d\u00e9lais l\u00e9gaux, et n\u2019ont jamais eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un avocat.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
